We hand-select each piece of fruit at peak ripeness and use specialized, temperature-controlled packaging to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition. Most orders are shipped via expedited services to minimize time in transit.
Do you offer international shipping for your tropical produce?
Due to strict agricultural regulations and the perishable nature of our products, we currently only ship within the United States. Please note that certain fruits may have restrictions for shipping to California or Arizona.
What is your return policy for perishable food items?
Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the shipment, and we will provide a replacement or refund.
